Nigerian Police Arrest Socialite, Sam Larry Over MohBad's Death

The Lagos State Police Command's Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the development on X platform, formerly Twitter, late Thursday night. The Lagos State Command of the Nigeria Police Force has arrested Balogun Eletu, a controversial socialite known as Sam Larry in Lagos. The arrest is about an ongoing investigation into the death of Ilerioluwa Aloba, a singer popularly known as Mohbad. The confirmation of the arrest was made by the Lagos State Police Command's Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, on the X platform (formerly known as Twitter) late on Thursday night. Balogun Olamilekan Eletu, aka Sam Larry, is now in our custody. He is currently assisting with the ongoing investigation.
